Heel elevated close stance squat, 2 x 25lbs / 11kg (my dumbbell weight reference only) 2. Chest press, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg 3. Single arm rear delt fly, 10lbs / 4.5kg 15 reps each, back to back Rest then repeat once Triset TWO 1. Pronated grip row, 2 x 20lbs / 9kg 2. Alt supinating bicep curl, 2 x 12.5lbs / 5.5kg 3.
