Comida REALMENTE Italiana en MILÁN

Today I'm traveling to Italy. I'm going to Milan in search of typical Italian food. On the way, I'm going to visit the most beautiful cathedral in the world, Il Duomo, and I'm going to stroll through the streets of this historic city. Milan enchants you as soon as you arrive: trams, monuments, history in every street... and food. I find it hard to find restaurants with typical Italian food that aren't in the most touristy areas... so I have to go to a really expensive one right in the center, next to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II, which I think is one of the poshest places in the world.
