We ventured into El Imposible Forest, one of the wildest and most extreme places in El Salvador… 😳 After an intense buggy ride through rocks, steep slopes, and pure adrenaline, we arrived at a hidden waterfall in the middle of nowhere: El Perol Waterfall. A place that seems like it's from another planet, surrounded by pristine nature, where you truly feel far removed from everything. But the adventure didn't end there… From the mountain, we descended to Barra de Santiago in just 40 minutes, going from jungle to beach in a matter of minutes. There, we experienced something unique: we climbed onto a floating palapa and explored the river mouth and the mangroves on an incredible ride. And just when it seemed the day had been perfect… the most intense part was yet to come. After Barra de Santiago, the mission changed: climb back up the mountain as quickly as possible, before sunset, to try and reach a secret viewpoint with a direct view of El Imposible Forest.
