Five years later, according to an arrest affidavit filed in Bay County, Florida, Joseph Duggar was on a family vacation in Panama City Beach and asked a nine-year-old girl to sit on his lap. He has pleaded not guilty. He is out on a six hundred thousand dollar bond.
