PAN FÁCIL SIN AMASAR Y SIN HORNO HECHO EN EL FOGÓN EN UNA SARTÉN Tierno y muy delicioso

Want bread? Imagine no-knead bread, made in a pan without baking, just like the ones from the bakery. Delicious and affordable, nothing better or easier! INGREDIENTS: 200 ml of warm water = 16 tablespoons = 1 cup 25 g of fresh baker's yeast or 10 g of dried yeast = 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon of salt = 5 g 1 tablespoon of semi-melted butter = 20 g 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar = 20 g 280 g of all-purpose wheat flour = 2 cups = 14 tablespoons PREPARATION: In a large bowl, add 200 ml of warm water, the yeast, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes in a warm, draft-free place to allow the yeast to activate. After 15 minutes, add the semi-melted butter. Start adding the flour, but in intervals. Add half and mix. Add the rest, add the salt, and mix constantly with a wooden or silicone spoon. Mix until the flour is well combined and you see that you have a homogeneous, very soft, and sticky dough. For about 2 minutes, then you know the dough is ready. Cover the bowl with a cloth, a lid, or plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size. After that time, sprinkle a little flour on the counter. Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on the counter. Remember that it is a soft and sticky dough. Don't be alarmed. Put flour on your hands to knead it well. With floured hands, form the dough into a ball. Cut the dough into 8 pieces as shown in the video, and now, with floured hands, form 8 dough balls. In a dry, nonstick skillet, line a piece of parchment paper. Place the dough balls side by side until the skillet is full. Then, cover the skillet with a cloth, plastic wrap, or a lid. Let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes to allow the dough to rise and fluff. Now, turn on the stove and set it to very low heat. Place the skillet over very low heat, cover it with a lid, and set it to a simmer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, it's time to flip our loaves. We place a plate or lid on the pan and turn them over. We place the paper back on the pan and place the loaves to cook on the other side. We cover the pan and let it cook over low heat for another 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the bread is ready. We turn off the heat and flip it onto the plate.
