The Northernmost point of South America (tough challenge) - EP 68

Lost trails, roadblocks, salt flats recovery, in the one of the most remote area of Colombia. For our first adventure in Colombia we decide to go to the northernmost point of the South American continent. We do not know anything of the country and we embark on a 700km journey to the Guajira department of Colombia. The way is long and bumpy but was a wonderful experience. We learn to navigate the dozens of desert trails, we learn to overcome the Albatross getting stuck and we learn to negotiate our way through the roadblocks. We meet extraordinary people on the way and la Guajira will remain one of the most unique place we discovered. This was the most wonderful way to start our journey through Colombia and it gave us so much motivation to discover more of the country.
