The seeker should not move during meditation *Reason*: Many divine powers are awakened by changing postures frequently you are deprived of them. The pain in the legs during meditation is good the vital energy goes up you have to sit firmly after a while the pain goes away automatically. Example- For yogurt to cook we should keep the pot stable and give the environment accordingly..otherwise yogurt does not freeze. Before meditating one should see the appearance of the Guru, pray to Him...and go deep into meditation. Mind does not do sadhana to engage but the means of subduing the mind is sadhana Example -If you get yourself checked in a machine, not to get bored...but you know that whether I understand something or not, the doctor understands the machine. Therefore, the sadhana should be done with full faith and patience. Sit with *resolution*...don't check the time again and again, set an alarm or speak to someone! Sadhana can only be done by the self-seeker. Sadhana * in the thing that bothers him to see the witness feeling is the devil of the mind Sadhana * gives such benefits as a seed of corn, millet is 100 times fruitful, the same way its fruit is beyond your thinking, but the condition is that you do sadhana with unselfishness. Even if you can't give up any of your disorders even after continuous sadhana, don't be distracted...deep scars, deep trees and birth rituals take time to go, but they have to go one day!
