The UNAIR Graduate School awarded me the "Most Outstanding, Inspiring, and Transformative Indonesian Young Leaders" award and the "Best Dissertation" award at the 2024 Graduate Awards, themed "Empowering Transformative Leaders" at Universitas Airlangga. I dedicate this award to my alma mater, Unair, and the Indonesian people. Today's world is full of new challenges and opportunities that require transformative leaders to orchestrate the nation's resources, especially human resources, for infrastructure development and the welfare of the people.
