Seeing this beautiful scene, I started picking strawberries. The fresh smell of strawberries filled the air inside the greenhouse and made the atmosphere even more magical 🌿 I picked two boxes of strawberries; the larger ones were for eating, and the smaller ones were for making jam. After picking, I went with Rabab to the river and the natural area around the garden. We cleaned the strawberries and washed them in a nearby waterfall, a place filled with the soothing sound of water and birds 🐦💧 Then I started making strawberry jam. I layered strawberries and sugar in a pot and let it rest for about two hours so it would release its juice. If it stays longer, the color becomes dark, but within this time it keeps its beautiful red color 🍓 At the same time, I used strawberry syrup to prepare the croissant dough. The dough ingredients included flour, eggs, a little salt, yeast, yogurt, and strawberry syrup, which created a soft, pink, and wonderfully fragrant dough 🥐 After the dough rested, I divided it into small pieces. Rabab prepared a fire using natural wood 🔥 I rolled out the dough, cut it into triangles, added some butter, and shaped them into croissants. We cooked the croissants over gentle heat until they turned golden and beautiful. After cooling, I drizzled strawberry syrup on top.
