This encourages the production of synovial fluid—the body's natural lubricant. This fluid acts like oil in an engine, reducing friction while delivering vital nutrients directly to your joint cartilage. By the end of this short flow, your fascia will hydrate, your nervous system will settle, and you will literally feel like you are moving within a water field.
