Najac : les marchés nocturnes et gourmands de l'été en Aveyron !

During the "Najac Night Markets," held every Wednesday evening in July and August from 5 pm to midnight, the large esplanade in the suburb transforms into a vast and convivial banquet showcasing only the finest local produce. The selection of quality food is abundant and varied, and the welcome is warm and generous. Guests can create their own menu from a variety of local specialties, including farçous and tripoux, aligot and brochettes, truffade and vegetables, estofinado, salads and grilled meats, cheeses and honeys, fouace and gâteau à la broche, wines, craft beers, organic fruit juices, and many other delicacies that have made the Aveyron region famous.
