Girls' Pilates Day… Until Shane Showed Up 😂

I've lost some weight recently and I want to keep it off, and Ciara is getting fit post baby, so we’ve been doing Pilates for four weeks now with our lovely trainer Gail. It might look sedate but anyone whose done pilates knows it's TOUGH! Shane claims to be a "natural athlete" so thought he's join us for a laugh... That is until we introduce the torture device...
