General exiliado cubano pide a los soldados desobedecer órdenes del régimen

The recent US sanctions against the Cuban regime represent one of the biggest challenges for the island's leadership in decades. Announced by the Trump administration, these sanctions freeze any assets under US jurisdiction and prohibit transactions with the listed individuals, including the regime's leader, Miguel Díaz-Canel, and several of his close associates. Cuban activist and political analyst Félix Llerena discussed this issue in an interview with NTN24. Meanwhile, exiled Cuban military officer Raúl Risco Pérez, in an effort to mobilize current members of the Armed Forces, sent a hopeful message encouraging his former colleagues to disobey orders that perpetuate repression.
