4K NJ drive: Chatham to Jersey City Heights via I-78, I-95 & Secaucus

Driving from Chatham (Borough and Township) onto NJ-124 and NJ-24, then I-78 E Express to the NJ Turnpike junction, taking I-95 N and then departing at Exit 15X (yes, that crazy long, weird exit) at Secaucus Junction and up County Rd (where there's a long traffic jam) into Jersey City Heights.
