Wrecked Relics & Hidden Tunnels of Guadalcanal | History Traveler Episode 406

Part 6 of the Guadalcanal Series | For the Guadalcanal Campaign, Henderson Field was the center of gravity for both the U.S. and the Japanese. When a structure known as "The Pagoda", which served as the operations center for Henderson Field, became a referencing point for the Japanese, the Seabees took the operations underground. In this episode, we're looking at a few wrecks and relics of Guadalcanal before getting a rare look at the tunnels under the pagoda.
