Heian Godan Shito ryu 平安五段 糸東流 Gakuji Tozaki Team USA

Heian godan! Last and my favorite basic Heian kata! I've practiced this kata so many times back when I used to compete in the beginner division, and it brings back so many good memories I had competing with this kata :) Some of the movements are different depending on the dojo, but overall, the bunkai (application) of the techniques are the same.
