Simplimatic Robotic ECM Assembly Automation Cell

This is a highly customized robotic ECM assembly automation cell. It utilizes only four robotic cells equipped with custom end-of-arm-tooling to handling multiple tasks depending on the application and stage of the part assembly. Normally, robotic automation assembly lines, such as this one, would need many more robotic cells to perform the same assembly functions. Here, we have done it much more efficiently (and cost effective) with fewer cells performing multiple functions.
