Friends, today I present this video with a TOP 5 list of (mid-range) Harmonicas Recommended for Beginners: #5) Hohner Big River Harp: It's a lower-mid-range harmonica, but better than any of Hohner's budget line made in China. In fact, this model is manufactured in Germany. Advantages: Its price doesn't exceed 30 Euros (about 40 dollars in Uruguay), but its mouthpiece isn't comfortable; the "sandwich" is high, making it difficult for those with small mouths to produce a clean sound. 2:03 #4) Hohner Blues Harp: Its strong point could be said to be its portability or mobility. This type of wood stays quite moist, and there's no need to wet your lips to play, as is sometimes required for harmonicas with a plastic body or comb. The weak point of this model is the difficulty in obtaining bent notes, especially whole and half-tone draws.
