Bali's LOCAL CHEESE that is Made for People Who HATE Cheese?! | Indonesia

Have you ever heard of Balinese cheese? Neither did I! So let's find out what it is about ;) This place is a rare find for me because I am not a super fan of cheese. I can enjoy them, but I rarely explore cheeses. The place is called Rosalie Cheese Boutique, and they are targeting people like me! They want to introduce goat cheese, with many ingredients locally sourced, so that people who don't like cheese can enjoy them too. I really like the idea, because my parents don't like cheese, and I think I can bring them here. Their cheese selections are interesting, not very many selections, but they all have different unique charms. Most of them are mild tasting, but that's aligning really well with their goal to introduce goat cheese, which is known to be a smellier type of cheese. My top top top favorite has got to be their cured cheese with grape leaves, it's like Dolma (I was trying to remember what the name for the dish is)! Apart from the cheese, they have some other menus like burger and panini, so you can explore that too :) I think this is a really good place to hang and chill with a group of 4-5 people, so you can really check out different cheeses there. The price is CRAZY AFFORDABLE! Let's continue making stories together!
