Guiding Light: Reva In A Coma Part 1 - Reva Saves Josh - February 22nd, 23rd, 24th & 26th, 1988

Will Jeffries tricks Josh into getting between the car & the bridge railing and then 'accidentally' runs into Josh, knocking him into the water below. Reva sees Josh fall and when Will doesn't try to save him, she jumps in. Alan & Sonni arrive separately as Reva has pulled Josh to the water's surface. Alan & Will pull Josh out and then Alan looks for Reva who's gone under again and finally pulls her out of the water as well. Josh & Reva arrive at the hospital and Reva is in critical condition. After evaluation, Reva is in septic shock and with the combination of her heart condition, hypothermia and sepsis, she is at risk for organ failure and death. Sarah tells Rusty she doesn't know what she'll do if anything happens to Reva because she's her heart. Rusty says that they've always known that and he & Roxie understood because it was Reva.
