Mango Park resident Evelyn Pace once again finds herself in Judge Porter's courtroom. This time she is claiming that the children's chalk art is disrupting the aesthetic of her community and expects the court to do something about it. The defendant, HOA President Timothy Grant, argues the art is a vibrant part of the community beloved by all its members minus Mrs. Pace.
