One day, when you encounter small, magical creatures while hiking, you wonder if they have something to do with it. And indeed, the forest spirits invite you to make the valley your new home. In Mythwind, a cooperative game for adventurers, you play and develop characters with different professions and play styles. Build your village together, which will undergo lasting changes in the process. Meet mysterious forest spirits who will reveal more about the valley's history, decide how you will direct events, and achieve new goals together. Each round in Mythwind corresponds to a full day. After determining the weather by drawing a weather card, you begin the day with a village action. You can experience adventures, improve the village, construct new buildings, or visit and activate one of the buildings. The buildings offer different expansion paths, and you always work together in all actions. This is the only way to achieve your goals! You then perform character actions on your completely individual character boards. Your characters continually develop individually, grow, and become better at what they do. Each character has their own game mechanics. For example, the farmer uses a puzzle mechanism, the craftswoman uses bag building, and the merchant engages in set collection. Mythwind has no end game – once you've completed the entire story, you can continue playing.
