Skoda Superb 150KM: Turbina z mocniejszej wersji i... SZOK w mapie!

Someone disabled the temperature limiters and "fed" the fuel so much that the engine was on the verge of melting the pistons! 😱 In this episode, we rescue a Skoda Superb 2.0 TDI (150 HP), where amateur tuning almost led to a disaster. See how we straightened this map and how many safe horsepower we managed to squeeze from the Garrett turbo! The owner of this Skoda made a great mechanical upgrade – he installed a more powerful Garrett turbo (from the CUNA version). Unfortunately, the map he brought to us was a "death sentence" for the engine. The previous tuner's main sins: ❌ Disabled exhaust gas temperature limiters (EGT set to a fixed setting so the car "doesn't see" overheating!). ❌ Lambda 1.05 – fuel injection so rich that the DPF clogged every 80 km (despite washing the car a year ago!). ❌ Risk of piston melting on any long highway trip.
