Trump PANICS and Has DOJ/Treasury LIE to COURTS about SLUSH FUND!?!?

Popok explains that the late night filings by the DOJ and Treasury to try to convince federal judges that they don't have jurisdiction over the anti weaponization slush fund and should close their cases and dissolve their restraining orders, makes matters worse for the DOJ and Todd Blanche, as they ignore that Trump still wants the fund and the Senate Republicans didn't kill it.  And why didn't Todd Blanche file an affidavit with sworn testimony under penalty of perjury in the case, and why haven't they filed this paper in the Miami case where the Judge is considering severe Fraud on the Court sanctions related to the "settlement?"  Popok answers it all.
