At a time where we are confronted with a renewed presence of contemporary war and armed conflicts, this roundtable offers to revisit the great philosophical inquiries on war. From the Classical Era to our current societies, war has been a central object of meditation, at the crossroads of ethics, political philosophy and the history of ideas.
