Welcome back to another cozy summer vlog from Finland ☀️🤍 In this video, I'm spending a relaxing day in the kitchen making some of my favorite homemade treats and comfort foods. From crunchy almond toffee and a moist Banana Chocolate Biscoff Bread to three different cookie flavors made from one simple dough, this vlog is filled with baking moments that I've enjoyed throughout the summer. I also made homemade Vietnamese bánh canh tôm (shrimp noodle soup). Since I can't easily find traditional bánh canh noodles in Finland, I made the noodles from scratch using tapioca starch and rice flour. Cooking and baking have always been one of my favorite ways to slow down and enjoy everyday life. I hope this video brings you a few cozy and relaxing moments.
