Residents of Cangaíba, in the East Zone of São Paulo, are denouncing the neglect of the Tietê Ecological Park. They say there is a lack of policing and robberies are common at the park entrance. Without a municipal hospital, residents of the neighborhood claim that the existing AMA (Ambulatory Medical Assistance) and UBS (Basic Health Unit) clinics are insufficient to meet the demand.
