ultra rumble but it’s The King, The Queen, and Their Jester…

Season 16 the 2nd and a half anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble brought numerous new things among them were some Royalty costumes for All Might and Star and Stripe. My girlfriend had the fun idea of using those two along with the Jester Monoma outfit taking on lobbies as the royal trio. Now I’ll be using Rapid All Might for this who did get some new changes recently. The current patch removed a beta charge from him entirely with him now having 3 at max and the previous patch hurt his beta cooldowns making them worse than before. This impacts the characters movement and damage output that he once had through the move. Let me know your thoughts on the new change down below.
