This embodied understanding of sound and regulation informs her clinical work, allowing her to translate performance-based mastery of breath and nervous system control directly into trauma-informed therapeutic care. Dr. Couldry is a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHT) and IEMT Certified Practitioner, integrating clinical hypnotherapy, sound-based interventions, and neuroscience-informed care for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, and emotional dysregulation.
