Como registrar seu DRONE no SISANT (PASSO A PASSO COMPLETO 2026)
Hey guys! This one took a lot of work to edit, you know! Give it a like! hahaha Attention!!! Guys, I checked the draft of my recording script and saw that I mixed up the order of the institutions during recording. The correct order is: When we talk about drones in Brazil, there are usually 4 regulatory pillars, and many people confuse the competence of each agency. I'll explain it practically: 1. DECEA DECEA (linked to the Brazilian Air Force) manages airspace. In other words, it decides: Where you can fly When you can fly Up to what altitude If there is a conflict with: airports heliports aircraft routes military areas sensitive areas The official DECEA tool is SARPAS NG, used to request flight authorization. The DECEA portal itself states that it is the system for requesting access to Brazilian airspace for unmanned aircraft. 2. ANAC ANAC regulates aircraft and aeronautical operations. It defines: drone classification by weight; operational safety rules; distance from people; requirements for recreational or professional operations; aircraft registration. For drones weighing over 250g, registration is usually done through SISANT (Unmanned Aircraft System). ANAC itself maintains the official drone registration page. In short: ANAC = "Is my drone legal to operate?" 3. SISANT SISANT is not an agency—it's ANAC's system. Through it you: register the drone; link it to your CPF/CNPJ (Brazilian individual/company tax ID); issue an identification code to attach to the drone. This registration identifies the aircraft operator. In short: SISANT = "Drone registration." 4. ANATEL ANATEL oversees radio frequencies and telecommunications. It verifies: remote control; video transmission; antennas; Wi-Fi/RF modules of the drone. The goal is to prevent interference with other communication systems. In practice, ANATEL homologation guarantees that the equipment can legally transmit signals in Brazil. In short: ANATEL = "Is the drone's radio/transmission legal?" Simply explained: Imagine you are going to fly a drone: 1. ANATEL → verifies if the drone's radio is permitted. 2. ANAC/SISANT → registers the aircraft. 3. DECEA/SARPAS → authorizes the use of airspace.
