Driving 1.906 km from Italy to Scotland 🗺 Calais to Folkestone 🚗 Eurotunnel with a pet

Hi friends! At the beginning of January my Scottish grandma, my cat and I embarked on a Eurotrip journey, basically a road trip across Europe. We left my hometown in Lake Como, northern Italy, drove through Switzerland, France and England to reach Scotland, where I live (I’m 75% Italian and 25% Scottish ❤️). We stopped twice to sleep: in Reims (we visited its stunning UNESCO World Heritage cathedral, Notre Dame de Reims) and in Cambridge. We also drove through Dunkirk: an important location of World War II (find out why in the video). We finally boarded the Eurotunnel (to cross the Channel) in Calais Coquelles to reach Folkestone, in southern England, in just 35 minutes. I hope this video helps if you’re travelling with a pet, bringing your cat or dog from mainland Europe to the UK or vice versa.
