Men Aren't Giving Up—They're Finding Peace

In this video, I talk about a lesson I've had to learn more than once in life: being alone doesn't have to mean being lonely. After the end of my 30-year marriage, I spent time single before coming to the Philippines. Like many men, I was drawn to the warmth, kindness, and femininity I found here. Eventually, I began a relationship with April, and I don't regret a single moment we shared together. She is a good person, and our time together was meaningful. But sometimes two good people find themselves on different paths. As I've adjusted to this new chapter, I've rediscovered something I had forgotten: the peace that comes from enjoying your own company. Creating videos, pursuing my goals, managing my daily life at my own pace, and building a future on my own terms has reminded me that solitude can be a gift rather than a punishment. This isn't a video about being against relationships. It's about understanding that happiness doesn't always come from having someone beside you.
