Today we decided to spend the day in the city of Limassol, which is almost seventy kilometers from Paphos. It is the second largest city in the country, its population is almost 250 thousand people. The main attraction of the city is the ancient castle on the coast, it is what we and visitors are primarily. After that we walked along the streets of the city, turning wherever our eyes look. The streets on the coast are teeming with tourist shops with souvenirs and all kinds of cafes. We chose the restaurant based on the rating and did not go wrong. Knowing the local specialty, we ordered three dishes for four and still "rolled out" from the table 😂. Having bought some gifts, we returned to the embankment, where we walked until sunset. By the way, in the city of Limassol, unlike Paphos, the sunset does not go into the sea. We swam at sunset, today is Epiphany. And at the end of the day we met our friend, fellow countrywoman Anya, we once met at the Gorno-Altaisk forum and talked for a long time. She has been living in Cyprus for five years. A very pleasant and unexpected meeting!
