FIVE MINUTES FRIDAY 002 - Paint your Dirt!!
How you can add more realism to your groundcover by painting the dirt you added! First of all I find it pretty difficult to tell you exactly with colours I use. What I do is I go to a printshop or DIY store and check their color charts. Try to find a dark black brown color to start with, then a RAL 7013 grey brown like color, a brown sand and a light beige brown sand color, they mix liters in the shop I order and the latex wall paints are pretty cheap. As an addition you can use a reddish, RAL 8025 color. But most of the time you need to look at the dirt colors you like to model, pick 4 tones in that range and add some details with washes. If you have more questions please ask them in the comments, I'll do what I can to answer them. And please like, subscribe and hit the notification bell because there are more videos on the way!!
