The Wild North of Kruger! Camping at Punda Maria. Late setup, bush view & Surprise Elephant Visit!

Join us as we spend our first few days camping in our tent at Punda Maria Rest Camp in the remote northern Kruger National Park! We arrive late and have to pitch our tent in the dark—an adventure on its own. The next morning, we move to a fence-line campsite for a better view into the bush… and it pays off big time when a herd of elephants walks right past our tent! In between soaking up the peace and quiet of Punda Maria, we head out on game drives to explore the less-traveled northern region of Kruger, where the landscapes and sightings are truly unique.
