Milk - 2-3 tbsp. Flour - 3 tbsp. 1. Cut off a small chicken fillet from a large one. Cut a large chicken fillet into portioned pieces, cover with cling film and beat the meat. 2. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices on both sides. 3. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add milk to the yolks and mix, we get a lezon. 4.
