Shortline Madness in Central Pennsylvania

On March 11th, I trekked out to central Pennsylvania to catch as many shortlines as I could, and I was successful. I started out catching ESPN in York going OD with their GP9. Unfortunately I only got them leaving where the engine normally sits. I then went out to Columbia Pa and got the Columbia and Reading Railway Railway and caught them with their old C&O ALCo S2. After that, I caught the Middletown and Hummelstown running with their Western Maryland ALCo S6 doing freight operations. I first got them street running through the town of Middletown and then returning from one of the industries that they serve. The last railroad I caught was the Steelton and Highshire Railroad, which serves the steel plants in the Steelton and Highshire areas. 0:00 East Penn York Opperations ESPN 1701 GP9 0:53 Columbia and Reading Railway Railroad CORY 2-26 ALCo S2 Nathan K5HL 5:40 Middletown and Hummelstown WM 151 ALCo S6 Leslie S25 8:45 Steelton and Highspire S&H 78 SW1200
