Naruto is the protagonist and he only knows one elemental jutsu until he acquires Six Paths Sage Mode, meaning that Naruto sucks at Wind Style. Even though he is under the impression he's the best Wind Style user in the entire Ninja Alliance during the Naruto War Arc.
