Fined for my Grass to Short!?

I cant believe my Home Owners Association went as far as flying a drone over my house and coming on my property to measure the grass height. The audacity to spend the time and write up a letter like this actually blows my mind. But I decided to make it right. We also put lighting at the house, built a suana, cold plunge, accent wall, electical, wash and resealed my pavers. The garage also got a major upgrade with the new car lift!
