RIAT 2023: THE DEPARTURES 4K (airshowvision)

Here is the AIRSHOWVISION video of the RIAT 2023 Departures day, where literally hundreds of different types of Military aircraft are launched from RAF Fairford in just a few hours. It is often said that it is one of the busiest airfields in the country on this day following the airshow. I will list some of the exact locations for certain star items later, but expect to see the special RAF C17 Globemaster III which carried the body of Queen Elizabeth II from Scotland to London. Also the Messerschmitt Me262 is here, plus several F35s from the Dutch AF, the RAF, and the USAF. As a general guide - the departures begin with a number of helicopters before the fixed wing jets begin to leave, and the USAF assets leave around half an hour from the end of the video. There are far too many types to mention just now . . . just enjoy this epic compilation which despite its length has been significantly edited down to size! There is also a pretty rare sighting at the very end of the video for anyone who can make it that far!
