Springbar vs. Kodiak Canvas Tents: Which Tent is Best for You?

We do a quick side-by-side review of a Springbar Classic Jack 100 and a Kodiak 12 x 9 Cabin Tent. This review could be used to highlight general Springbar and Kodiak design philosophies that could then be used with other similar models such as the Springbar Highline series and the Kodiak Flexbow. These canvas tents are ideal for car camping, overlanding, scout trips, and other forms of recreation where hauling the tent in a car or trailer is practical. Each brand requires strength from the tent stakes in order to raise the tent, so using either in rocky ground will require some rock lashing and other tricks.
