Wauw what an intense and uniquely beautiful experience this was at ‘Jwalamukhi T.S.’ temple. I was awestruck when I came to figure out what the meaning of ‘Jwalamukhi’ is. The volcano or ‘flame-mouthed’ & this fire energy came into divine play during & after visiting this temple. Not in my wildest dreams could I have come up with this divine play, in perfect alignment. This experience feels like a true lesson from the goddess herself, for which I feel so utterly grateful to experience and to share with u. It is not known on what exact date this temple was built, yet it is known that it is older than Chamundeshwari temple! Tripura Sundari is considered the sister of Chamunda Devi, which is being visited at Chamundeshwari temple. It is therefore considered highly auspicious to visit this temple AFTER you visit Chamundeshwari temple. If you are able to visit this temple on a Wednesday or Friday, please do, given the energetics are heightened during these days. Address: S. We dive deeper into the background stories of the Goddesses linked to them & the energetics of the temples. First, we fully touch upon Chamundi Devi & Chamundeshwari temple on Chamundi hill. This temple in Mysore happens to be one of the 18 ‘Maha Shakti Peeths’. Then, we touch upon the sister of Chamundi Devi, Tripura Sundari Devi & visit her temple which is located on the same hill. This Tripura Sundari temple is located on the same hill, yet instead of it being on top of the hill, this mandir is located on the foothills of Chamundi hill. About 3km away. In Mythology, they are considered to be sisters because Chamundi Devi created Tripura Sundari herself while battling the demons. Apart from this story, I could actually sense a certain similarity in both of the temples. Somehow, both of the temples radiated a similar energy and revealed similar sightings, amplifying their sister connection. Adding to that similarity, I experienced something I had never experienced before at any temple.
