For 50 hours, I went completely phoneless, avoided outside food, hit the gym at 5 AM, and spent time reading in the library. The first few hours were boring, but by the end I noticed less brain fog, better focus, more energy, and a calmer mind. If you constantly find yourself checking your phone every few minutes, struggling to focus, or feeling mentally tired all the time, maybe you need a reset too.
