The initial phase after a break up with someone personality-disordered is the hardest. Managing shock, anxiety, fear, and....well, intense suffering, that feels like an eternity and can be one of the worst pains to experience in life. This video is intended to help inspire you with ways to help manage fear and anxiety that usually happens post BPD relationship break down.
