4 days in a TROPICAL rainforest DRIPPING with BIRDS

JULY 2024 - This is the start of our Tropical North Queensland trip! We started off with four glorious nights at the Crater Lakes Rainforest Cottages and we were amazed!! So many birds right outside our own door! These luxury living cottages had everything we ever needed for a relaxing holiday right in the middle of a rainforest. We felt like we were the only people there and the birds & wildlife were our best friends! The location was fabulous!! There is so much to see within a few kms of the cottages & walking distance to Lake Eacham. Yungaburra is just up the road, Hasties Swamp is a short drive and just a little further was Mount Hypipamee which is a must see!!
