Here's the recipe from the video: Dough: 1 package frozen puff pastry Filling: 400-500 g asparagus 4-5 cooked potatoes 200 g cooked ham LUMARA® rock salt LUMARA® herb pepper Cover: 200 ml hollandaise sauce 2 eggs 150 g grated cheese LUMARA® herb pepper LUMARA® rock salt Thaw the puff pastry and roll it out between two sheets of plastic wrap. Shake it into a Linzer ring. Peel the asparagus, chop it into small pieces, and cook until tender-crisp. Grate the potatoes onto the pastry base and season. Add the asparagus and ham. Mix the hollandaise sauce with the eggs and cheese, season, and pour over the potatoes. Let the asparagus thaw and roll out the asparagus. ... Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes.
