【山中湖ロードレース】走り慣れたホームのはずが...コース前半ロードに潜む難所のカウンターパンチ！

I love Lake Yamanaka, and it was supposed to be my usual, familiar jogging course... I underestimated the hidden ups and downs on the road and the 1,000m elevation gain of the race. See the video for details. That said, I'm happy to be able to run in a race with 10,000 participants at the end of May! It was a great race! I definitely want to participate again next year.
