Pollo al ajillo

Recipe for TM31, TM5, and TM6 Ingredients 6 cloves of garlic 150 g olive oil 1000 g skin-on chicken thighs 20-30 g flour ½ teaspoon salt 2 pinches ground pepper 150 g white wine 1 tablespoon beef stock concentrate (e.g., Bovril®) or 1 chicken stock cube 30 g lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Preparation Place the garlic and 100 g of olive oil in the mixing bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 7 and sauté 10 min/120°C/speed 1. Meanwhile, sprinkle the chicken thighs with flour, salt, and pepper and brown them in a pan with the remaining oil. Add the browned chicken thighs to the bowl along with the wine and meat concentrate and program 30 min/Varoma//speed . Pour the contents of the bowl into a serving dish, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
