Andy Cefai - Prepare for Strikes Segment

Andy Cefai has been training in Systema since 2001. He has been a certified Systema instructor in Japan for 13 years, and in Singapore for 10 years. Andy was recently training at Systema HQ Toronto and contributed a very valuable segment to the film, Prepare for Strikes, a new release by Vladimir Vasiliev. In this segment, Andy explained the challenge of strikes work in non-violent cultures. He also gave a very useful tip on how to empower strikes by using Cossack whips.
