This Indiana Town Completely Caught Us Off Guard
After a wonderful stay in Wilmington, Ohio, we packed up and headed west to Columbus, Indiana. What should have been a simple arrival turned into a bit of an adventure as we tried to decipher the campground layout and find our campsite. Once we finally got parked and settled in, we hit the road again—this time for Indianapolis to enjoy an evening of delicious pizza and quality time with family. The next day, we set out to explore Columbus, Indiana, often called the "Athens of the Prairie" because of its world-renowned architecture. To be honest, we weren't quite sure what to expect, but the city quickly became one of the biggest surprises of our trip. From stunning modern buildings to unique public spaces, Columbus proved to be much more than just a stop along the way. Join us as we discover this hidden gem in the Midwest, share some laughs, spend time with family, and begin exploring one of America's most architecturally significant small cities.
